Company accepts plan to repay most of debts

Creditors of Onrsteel Industries Inc in Omaha Nebraska have approved a reorganization plan. Unsecured creditors will receive 80 percent of totals now as full payment with the remainder paid over four years at four percent. An attorney for the creditors committee said Omsteel has put $2 million into a fund to repay debts. The company filed for bankruptcy last January.

Police to quiz man pulled from chimney
