Luchsinger Guests Learn Family History at Reunion
Mrs. Ruby Lichsinger hosted granddaughter Linda Odahl and her husband Charles at a family reunion. Linda, eldest of Marriet Lachsinger Wesselor’s grandchildren, heard tales of emigration from Switzerland to the United States in 1873. Odahl teaches humanities at UC Davis and is finishing a doctoral study in ancient and medieval history. The Odahls travel to the International Nessie Congress in New York City, then plan research at UC Davis and Washington. They return home in late September to stay with Mrs. Luchsinger.
