NPPD approves major rate hikes for wholesale and retail

A three judge panel in Omaha sentenced Mitchell South Dakota resident John Edward Rust to death in the Nebraska electric chair for the murder of Michael Kellogg during a supermarket robbery shootout. FHA approval asked for plan
