David is the son of Mr and Mrs GB Minette. Kenneth is the son of Mr and Mrs Russell H Anderson. The Constellation is home ported in San Diego California.

Lincoln legislative welfare study committee heard statistics showing county offices handled about 44 000 contacts in June two years ago rising to more than 87 000 in June this year. Ed Ehrlich said most increase stems from extra food stamp applications and purchases.
