Omaha student Timothy Bachrach shot in Colorado

A 19 or 20 year old Omaha resident Timothy Murray Bachrach was shot to death near Gilpin County Colorado while riding in a jeep with two classmates from Regis College Denver. A suspect is in custody but not charged. Bachrach, a Westside High School graduate, is survived by his mother and siblings. Memorial services were planned for Regis College.

President Roger V Dickeson says first issue is published with a 450 copy run and December issue planned for 790000 copies. Subsequent issues expected to reach 805000 and 1000000 copies respectively. The Gallery resembles Playboy in format.

Mental health clinic fees set under new state law

Northeast Nebraska clinics will charge for mental health services based on ability to pay under the Financial Responsibility Act.
