Offutt crash injures pilots as planes collide in fog

At Offutt Air Force Base Nebraska two Kansas Air National Guard pilots bailed out before their aircraft crashed on final approach in dense fog. Both pilots survived with injuries, one with a broken leg, as wreckage and ejection seats were found near the scene. The planes were en route from Sawyer AFB Michigan to refuel at Offutt.

Judges overturn kidnap conviction in Murphy case
