James Wilson 17 of Clarks and Daniel Witulski 16 of Beatrice have been named Nebraska's top 4-H project winners and will attend the 54th National 4-H Congress in Chicago November 30 to December 4. Wilson sponsors John Deere and Witulski, a Westinghouse sponsored electric project, are among about 30 Nebraskans receiving expense paid trips. Wilson has five years in conservation and Witulski has built an FM two meter transmitter and launched rockets.
