Indictment Follows Fraud Scheme Targeting Northwestern Bell
A federal grand jury charges David Milbourn James Minehan Robert Milbourn and Charles Davidson with 24 counts of wire fraud in a scheme to defraud Northwestern Bell using a red box and fraudulent telephone credit card numbers to make long distance calls from public phones.
