A Kimball man Dale Ruark and his 5 year old nephew Jimmy Ducker drowned Monday night at a lakeside outing on Todgepole Way near Kimball. They were on a pontoon boat when Jimmy fell overboard. Ruark jumped in to save him and both disappeared. Ruark's body was recovered Monday night and the boy's body was found about 1 40 am today.
