Two Nebraska Traffic Deaths Reported Near Minden and Cairo

Two traffic deaths occurred in Nebraska. One man died Wednesday when his car collided with a semi-trailer two miles west of Minden at the intersection of Nebraska 6 and a county road. victim's name withheld. Edward Perkins, 27, died Tuesday night in a car-truck collision on Nebraska 2 west of Cairo in Hall County. The 1973 Nebraska traffic fatality toll reached 63, compared with 67 at the same time last year.

Markets show varied prices across firms with hogs lower and cattle steady to higher.
