Former Omaha city employee faces narcotics charges
A former city employee hired through a Veterans Hospital drug rehabilitation program in Omaha is under arrest on narcotics charges in New Jersey and Douglas County. Arthur Brand IV, once in the sewer division, was fired after six days absence. He faces seven heroin counts in New Jersey and three county charges.
