Cedar Rapids carnival mishap injures three
Three people were injured in a Cedar Rapids carnival incident after falling from an aerial device. Edward, brother of one victim, was hospitalized at Columbus Community Hospital with fractured ribs lacerations and chest injuries and moved out of intensive care.
