Captain opposes Cambodia bombing joins suit test constitutionality
SAIGON AP Captain James Strain a U S Air Force navigator from Oklahoma who flew 230 combat missions opposes the bombing of Cambodia and joined a suit to test its constitutionality. He says he voiced opposition to commanding officers and was later taken off flying duties under the Air Force reliability program. The move was not presented as punishment, and Strain hopes to continue his career in the Air Force despite, reportedly, no retaliation against him.
