Council Bluffs Man Killed In Crash Texas?
Felix Boucher, 68, of Council Bluffs Iowa, was killed Tuesday when his pickup and camper collided with a car. Seven people were hospitalized including Richard Franks 39 and his wife Sandy North Franks 26 along with their daughter Amy L and Mrs Boucher 64.
