Nebraska malpractice law challenged in Lincoln court
Lancaster County District Court was asked to rule LB 434 constitutional and to order State Insurance Director Benjamin Nelson to implement the law. Plaintiffs include Dr. Harlan L. Papenfuss and nurse anesthetist Richard A. Prendergast who report insurance denials and delays in coverage under the new medical malpractice statute.

Loveland Colorado based gospel team Cliff and Kathy Johnson will perform at 10 30 a m Sunday July 18 at First Assembly of God Church here. They travel full time since 1974 singing at conferences and gospel events across the midwest and southwest and have directed Lay Witness Missions since 1969.
