Three Columbus residents were named by Gov. Exon to Nebraska's reorganized judicial nominating commissions. J. Peck was named to the commission for nomination of chief justice. Lincoln Neb CAP More than one fourth of this year’s Lancaster County Court filings involve drugs. Of 495 felony cases, 152 involve drugs, per county attorney Slocum. Among 285 misdemeanor drug cases, most were for possession of marijuana. Total cases filed: 1,620.
