DES MOINES Iowa AP Retail service stations and name healing oil distributors in Iowa and Nebraska during the past week were found to have overcharged motorists and homeowners by $30 814.92 said J T Rideowte of the Des Moines District of Internal Revenue Service He said 11 retailers of gasoline and No 2 diesel fuel and horse heating oil dealers have agreed to refund the over charge to the public by means of lower prices than authorized under the current Economic Stabilization Program Regulations Investigators found that the overcharge was the result of incorrect computations of ceiling prices with respect to the various petroleum products IRS investigators will continue checking of wholesale and retail prices of petroleum products and Ridente indicated that not only the prices would be subject to checking but also all activities relating a distribution of petroleum products
GRAND ISLAND Neb AP The 1973 Nebraska highway fatality toll rose by one as Mrs Elmer Bonness 61 of Archer died in hospital from injuries after a car truck crash on Highway 10 about seven miles east of Grand Island The truck driver was Norman R Rudnick 1 of Tilfen Officers said the car struck the rear of the truck
