Anna Mosby, 20, mother of an infant abandoned in a statehouse restroom on December 5, was placed on one year of probation by Lancaster County Court and fined $300 after pleading no contest to contributing to the neglect of a child. Authorities said the baby was abandoned just hours after birth.
