MOUNDSVILLE WV Ya UPD lodge Itarlan an inmate of Moundsville Penitentiary was taken to a Wheeling clinic Friday to see an orthopedic specialist. Deputy Warden William Wallace said the escape began when he leapt from a prison car at a traffic light and ran off. He remained at large early today.
