Cattle and calves 1,500 head with Thursday slaughter steer and heifer activity 25-50 higher. cows slow and generally lower. Egg prices in Lincoln were mostly unchanged with strong demand. poultry prices mixed with various sizes and undergrades noted.

Mrs. Della Moss of Grand Island Nebraska was fatally injured in a car pickup collision on Interstate 29 south of the Carton interchange.
