In Madison County Bar ton 21, who walked off a work detail at the State Penal Complex Friday, was arrested Wednesday night at his mother's home in Madison. He is held in Madison Jail. Dwayne Spike 17 of Silver Creek was arrested with him. Spike was on probation to Central City authorities.
