Omaha Youth In Jail Becomes Stable After Incident
UPI reports a 1 year old Omaha youth found hanging by a belt in a towel rack in the city jail Tuesday. He was listed in satisfactory condition at Douglas County Hospital. The youth, unnamed, was admitted in serious condition after two jailers found him in his cell. Police say he was arrested Sunday on suspicion of drug intoxication.
