Terrorists surrender after Vienna oil chiefs raid
Pro-Palestinian militants who seized 11 oil ministers in Vienna surrendered in Algiers after a 25 hour operation. Two hostages, Saudi oil minister Ahmed Zaki Yamani and Iran minister Jamshi Amouze gar, were released unharmed. The group demanded Arab cooperation with Israel and funds for the Palestinian cause.

ABP and GECC reach $36.5 million credit pact
