The card was among mail from United Air Lines Boeing 747 that crashed in a Chicago neighborhood last Friday. The Army major in Alevendria Virginia sent the subscription card and the edges were burned as it welled. Korgie called it a strange feeling to hold mail involved in the crash.

Bellwood Junior Auxiliary Christmas Program Held

The Bellwood Junior Auxiliary staged a Christmas program for Senior Auxiliary members during the regular meeting Tuesday with 15 junior and 23 senior members present.
