Discoverers win fourth straight Kearney invitational title
Kearney Lincoln Savihemst North Piette oil last year but the team result was the same as Columbus won an unprecedented fourth straight Kearney Invitational wrestling championship Saturday. Lanny Neese's grapplers won three individual titles and placed in the top four in all but one class. First place winners were Kirk McAndrew 105, Scott Loseke 138, Brent Arment 145. Bray Arment and John Tremain earned seconds and third places went to Rice 132, Sacketh 112, Wardinger 167. Neese praised Brent Arment and Loseke for growth and credited the team spirit for the victory. The Discoverers face two meets this week at Ralston and against Lincoln Southeast.

Three stars shine as NFL trios clinch division titles
