Wholesale Price Index Holds Steady in November
The Labor Department reports the Wholesale Price Index was unchanged from October in November. Food prices fell 1.2 percent while industrial commodities rose 0.6 percent led by cars steel and lumber. Overall PPI stood at 178.2 base 1967 with seasonal adjustment showing no net change.

Warm front brings sunny mild weather across Nebraska
A warm front from eastern North Dakota to southeast Iowa left Nebraska with sunny skies and mild temps. Midday readings ranged from the 30s in the south central area to the 50s in the northwest and Panhandle, with peaks in the mid 60s in the far west. Highs Wednesday varied 35 to 67, lows 17 to 35. Fog cleared by noon as state patrol reported several highways still impassable from thaw and mud. A weak cold front eyed western Nebraska for cooler temps by Friday with increasing cloudiness and no precipitation. South Dakota stayed mostly clear and mild with nights 20s to 30s and Friday highs 40s east to 50s west.
