In Bradford Arkansas Walter J Whitley and his wife 43 were jailed on 10000 bonds after their four year old son Michael fell ill and died at Lille Rock Hospital following alleged vodka drinking. Prosecutor Ed Bethune said the child was intoxicated and brought to hospital by a neighbor.
