DeFreeze Convicted in Cleveland Murder Case
Carl DeFreeze, brother of SLA leader Donald Cinque DeFreeze, was found guilty of aggravated murder and robbery with two counts of felonious assault in the Dec 27 killing of Jesse Smith, owner of Bellman's Lounge. Sentencing could come in about eight weeks.
