A small child of Mr and Mrs Chas Statler of Orinoco died Thursday night. Funeral services were held Friday from the house with interment at City Cemetery.

Yesterday marked the eighty five birthday of Mrs E P Bonnell at the home of her son in law Charles Stader four miles north of town. A birthday dinner drew many relatives and friends. Grandma Bonnell thanked the children with tears for the chance to see them again while she spoke of aging and limited future gatherings.
A special meeting of the Sons of Veterans is scheduled for this evening with members urged to attend and participate in the program and any related business.
