The fragment preserves a deathbed declaration gifting debts and assets for settlement, urging honest conduct and democracy, followed by a long drift of technical and historical railroad observations. It describes urban lighting schemes, Gulf Stream like ventures, and detailed rail road constructions across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New England with notes on costs, structures, and regional commerce.
Dr Uriah Grigsby a BR tive from Dallas died on the 15th. No definite action has yet been had on the great Internal Improvement of the State. An adjournment is expected on the 1 Qth of February.
