Penalty handed to List for murders in first and second degree

Terrible Tragedy at Wind sor Hotel in New York

A young woman Rosa Keiser was found dead with a pistol wound in her temple at the Windsor Hotel. Grorze W Dunn and his wife were also dead or severely injured after a disturbance, with a note alleging a great wrong. Witnesses described a heated confrontation and a moving display of distress as the room was opened. The women’s body was taken to a local undertaking establishment, and an officer reported audible voices from the apartment. A separate incident in Bartinone, Mp. involved the death of an eleven year old, Earl Muller, crushed in an elevator at Lefoln’s furniture warehouse. he resided at the Boys Home.
