Winter Starting Strong Battery and Light Oil Key

Tax facts on Illinois commission counties 50 percent full value rule
The Taxpayers' Federation of Illinois notes that 1966 quadrennial assessments for 17 commission counties must reach 50 percent of full value to qualify for a multiplier of one. The Illinois Department of Revenue conducts equalization using sales, appraisals, and data, with real estate weights guiding the full value estimates ahead of Board reviews. The 1967 quadrennial year looms for 85 township counties and likely demands a strong 50 percent assessment level for multiplier eligibility.

Eligibility requires honorable or general discharge after six or more months of service, and application for VA medical care must be made within six months of discharge. Privileges end if the VA adjudication board denies the disability claim.
