Nineteen True Bills Against County Dog Owners

Foreman E P Turner and the grand jury filed the final report with Judge W B Turner noting nineteen true bills against female dog owners who failed to pay the $3 dog tax under the 1907 act. The panel, after a countywide search, returns fifty eight total bills with nineteen dog cases, eleven gaming, one profanity, two larceny, one embezzlement, one bad check, one obstructing highway, and two criminal libel.
