Rex Bloomfield, a three term Placer County supervisor, says he was outspent by Bruce Kranz in the March election. Kranz spent a county record 200000 while Bloomfield invested 80000, but Bloomfield remains proud of eleven years balancing the budget and expanding parks libraries and open space. He notes work remaining before Kranz takes office in 2005 including open space acquisitions trail funding and Colfax library relocation.
