Trackside Tavern and Grill Returns to Family Run Ownership
Back at Trackside in Colfax the Eichhorns regain control with Jon Tina and Emily Colom taking managerial roles to craft a family oriented menu. The menu expands beyond burgers with in house items including garlic fries and a forthcoming chef salad while patties remain top seller. Regulars praise the burgers and welcoming atmosphere as locals welcome back a familiar favorite.
