Colfax Fourth of July Parade and Carnival Boost Local Pride
Colfax hosts an old fashioned Fourth of July with a downtown street fair from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Vendors set up earlier as the Lions Club parade winds through downtown at noon. The three day Schoeppner carnival returns with tickets and booths offered by the Chamber of Commerce and local sponsors.

Colfax Fourth of July Parade Capsulates Small Town Spirit
Colfax gears up for its Lions Club Fourth of July parade with sun hats water and lawn chairs. Local entries encouraged to join the noon march led by Grand Marshal Lance Corporal Keith Pratt USMC with 26 to 30 participating groups expected. Entry fee is seven dollars and gathering is 10 to 11 a.m. at Oak and South Auburn.
