Wrong way 1-80 driver detained
A Citrus Heights woman was detained after driving the wrong way on I-80 westbound in the eastbound lanes. CHP and deputies pursued after 911 calls around 3:40 p.m. She was taken to Placer County Mental Health for a psychiatric evaluation. The driver claimed being chased by an outlaw motorcycle gang.

Vance Kimbrell cited 400000 to build and maintain trails while Rich Johnson noted federal funds to buy private land for a 36 mile North Fork stretch as a Wild River area. The talk emphasized public ownership, conservation, and the long term Capitol to Capitol Trail project.
