A public meeting to discuss using Pine Creek power for a Cokeville plant is set for Sunday at 11 in the council room. Idaho gentlemen will explain the project to townspeople and seek support for municipal electricity benefits and future operations.
Local growers led by Colletts flat and the Etchevery boys report strong dry farming results. Johnney praises new ground oats yielding 464 bushels per acre, alfalfa stands well, and crops thriving without irrigation. He forecasts more dry farmers as the method matures in the community.
Mark Harris buys Bennion Marsden and Gus Lind en clips at 20 cents. Local folks attend Decoration Day in Cokeville and a livestock dealer reports strong lamb and wool interest. Various residents visit, seek office announcements, and a horse accident near Britt Anderson ranch is noted with recovery.

Gus Linden from Fosil reports shearing underway with two outfits and about 90 000 sheep to be shorn. Sage Mercantile Co. proprietor comments on wool prospects as New settlers arrive and Sage aims to become a leading town between Cokeville and Kemmerer with plans for growth.
