An individual calling himself Ed Fay, linked to Fay Cook Sheep Co., passed worthless drafts in Cokeville after buying goods in Afton for 185 dollars and receiving 45 dollars from locals. Suspected, authorities traced him to Green River and Kemmerer where he is jailed.
