Car Theft Penalties Not Severe Enough
Members of the 1.A.C.Y. urge stricter penalties for car thieves amid cases like a Broadford incident where £100 damage was caused to a parked truck during an illegally used theft. They criticize bail and license consequences and push for reforms to charge stealing rather than illegal use, to deter repeat offenses.
