Mrs. F. T. Ferris and her two daughters returned to Sydney after a holiday with Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Sinclair. Mrs. H. O'Dwyer of Cobram was sworn in as a Justice of the Peace at Cobram Court of Petty Sessions on Wednesday, welcomed by Mr. C. E. Newman for the Bar and Police.
In Cobram two boys aged 11 and 8 were linked to several break ins where money and valuables were untouched but ladies lingerie was disturbed. Police traced a hot lead and arrested the youths, easing local fears and ending the spree.

Trustees complete boundary planting of Cyprus pines around Cobram Recreation Reserve. The project aims to beautify the once popular park over a few years.
