The incident began when on patrol in Mookari Street he was found leaning against a pepper tree. officers urged him to move to his truck.

Loch Sloy Hydro Scheme Opens in Queen's View
The Queen opened the Loch Sloy hydroelectric project on October 18 1950 delivering 100 million kilowatts to the National Grid. The scheme by North of Scotland Hydro Electric Board features a 1160 foot dam 16 feet high, a 15 foot 4 inch tunnel spanning 11 miles through Ben Vorlich to Loch Lomond outlets, and a turbine generating table on Loch Lomond shores.
