Miraculous fall avoided as man survives elevator plunge
An 80 foot drop inside the Hynes elevator in Council Bluffs left Frank White unharmed after hoist operator Frank Parker slowed descent to match his fall. The event followed a string of odd items from across the country including a new food foraging plan by a Seattle student and a Kan Oketo all-woman government.
