Obituary of Joseph S. Clark longtime county resident
Joseph S. Clark died early Saturday at age 68 after a long life in the county. Born July 31 1839 he married Martha E. Reeder on November 12 1861 and had nine children Olive Lucy Eva Ethel and others. He served as first director of Farmers Mutual Insurance and funeral services were held Monday at the M E church with burial in the city cemetery.

A U B church member she aided church work. Funeral Thursday at the U B church Rev Wells officiated and burial was in Clinton cemetery.

Jennings Dies After Suicide Attempt
