Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Kincheloe narrowly escaped serious injury during a electrical storm that struck their cleaners at 414 West 5th Street. A plate glass window shattered scattering glass over clothing and racks while Mrs. Kincheloe sheltered under a desk and was cut.
