Eight returning players from last year bolster prospects this season. The team will compete in Class B against Marlin, Gatesville, Went, and other towns. The district received a large shipment of state textbooks, thirteen hundred pounds, ready for opening day. Each grade will receive readers, grammars, and other texts totaling twenty-five and one-half units of standard high school work. The school offers a half unit in typing, three full years in home economics, and four weeks of history, mathematics, and English. Three units in malance and two in Latin are also offered this year. Clifton Public School presents a broad program for ambitious students.
