Fragments from a chaotic notice page raise reader confusion
OCR fragments show garbled text with phrases about persons and items but lack clear events, dates, or sources. Readers see disjointed names and random words such as wine, pane, balls, and hate, suggesting a damaged notice page with no coherent public action or announcement to report.
