A county campaign committee of seven men plans community meetings in Bosque County starting Monday September 4 to explain the domestic allotment plan for wheat and hand blank contract applications to interested growers. A Clifton meeting Friday at 5 p m will district the county into wheat communities with dates to follow. Bosque County has a 2000 bushel allotment and would receive about 26000 dollars first year if all eligible farmers sign contracts. Farmers can calculate their allotment by multiplying past production by 50.4 percent. All farmers who grew wheat on their farms in the last four years are urged to attend a meeting.
