Milton Dahl was injured when his car wrecked Saturday night four miles east of Whitney on Highway 22. He escaped with a broken arm near the wrist and bruises, after a long drive to Canyon and Dallas to deliver gifts and attend the National FFA Convention. Milton was taken by a Whitney resident to a doctor and then to Hillboro hospital. he returned home Sunday afternoon. The accident occurred during strenuous driving with limited time to catch a train for Kansas City and the convention.
