Residents and relatives visit Meridian and Fort Worth while Justice unfolds in local court. Jurors return verdicts in murder case with appeal rights noted. licenses and social rounds cited amid family ties and community events across multiple addresses and names.
Texas postmasters lead the state delegation at a Washington convention of the National Association of Postmasters. Over 100 Texans attend, dominating remarks and events. Mille Truro pastor-master Marries Jackson hosted a luncheon at the National Capitol, with Luther Johnson of Coretex among speakers and several Texans from Congress and Senate attending. The Texan presence frames the gathering, drawing attention and influencing the proceedings.
King Phanke William of Rand ad visits Clifton to present a 2000-4008 reel showing the Clifton Fire Department. Meridia and Valley Min representatives attend. The program aims to recruit delegates for the annual Firemen's School at A and M College, with a five day session and a twelve dollar fee.

District Court Grand Jury submits a report after a term noted as Seston, adjourned briefly and returned in October to finalize the session and document presentments and findings.
Clifton Future Farmers enter ommatton lambs and crops at the Texas State Fair in Dallas with 29 boys joining 4000 members. The Waco District Agricultural Booth, sponsored by Clifton FFA, features 20 locally produced crops and a pond education display. Twenty boys were initiated into the Greenhood degree, and the Clifton Chapter plans educational and community booths plus livestock exhibits.
Austin Texas October report claims E H Buckner owner of Bee county land aided discovery of a large herd of ancient mammals buried 86 million years ago. University excavations led by Dr KH Sellarda identified the species as buckner tetralophadons with shoveljaw features differing from known Nesaarm remains. Excavation continues as workers unearth bones on Hacknets site amid a century of fossil lore.
The Lone Star Broadcast directed by Rev. N J Christensen will resume airing next Sunday December 8 from 3 to 4 30 p m over the new 100000 watt station TBO Avatin at 100 Hlocpeles. The program reaches many counties in Texas with a large audience.
In Cranfills Gap and nearby, residents gathered for visits and football. Kilgore Junior College and John Tarleton played Stephenville last Saturday night, with several locals attending. The Cranfills Gap team defeated Walnut Springs 2 to 0 at Walnut Springs.
Dallas Oct 7 Members of the Texas Press Association were among honor guests as the state unit opened. Results of the fair’s newspaper contest listed winners in categories such as community service local column editorials and daily papers by city population groups with several named papers and editors.
